Brownson PLLC partner, Kristi K. Brownson, has successfully obtained the complete dismissal of Brownson PLLC client TCI Insurance Agency, Inc. of Fargo, North Dakota in a case venued in the Cass County, North Dakota, District Court.

In the case of APM, LLLP v. TCI Insurance Agency, Inc., (Case No. 09-2014-CV-02885), Judge Wade D. Webb on July 23, 2015 granted summary judgment to the defendant TCI Insurance Agency, Inc., and ordered that the claims of plaintiff APM, LLCbe dismissed with prejudice.

At issue in the case was the standard of care of an insurance agent under North Dakota law. Brownson PLLC contended that its client TCI Insurance agency, Inc. complied with that standard of care in placing insurance coverage, and Judge Webb so held in his Order dismissing the case in its entirety.
