Brownson PLLC is pleased to announce that prominent Minneapolis litigation attorney Joseph F. Lulic has joined the firm as a Senior Attorney. Before joining Brownson PLLC, Joe was a founding partner of the Minneapolis litigation firm Hanson, Lulic & Krall, LLC. Joe comes to Brownson PLLC with substantial background in all facets of litigation, with experience in insurance coverage, property and casualty insurance-related matters, and complex multi-party insurance-related subrogation and defense matters.

Joe represents insurers, risk managers, corporations, and individuals. To his clients, Joe is known for his ability to quickly evaluate cases and provide necessary information and clear recommendations to efficiently resolve both litigation matters and insurance claims.

Joe’s experience includes all aspects of insurance-related matters, including fire scene investigations for which Joe is a member of the Minnesota chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators. Insurer subrogation-both prosecution and defense, mediations, and other proceedings before the Minnesota state courts, federal courts, and administrative agencies, are a focus of his experience. Joe has a reputation for prompt, timely handling, and successful resolution of litigation.
