Lynnae Waskosky is Lead Paralegal with the firm of Brownson PLLC in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Lynnae acts as an adjunct to the Trustee of the API, Inc. Asbestos Settlement Trust, where she handles claims administration, payments and releases, and administrative matters for the Trust.

As a Senior Paralegal, Lynnae oversees records, documents, and document repositories for companies named as co-defendants in asbestos litigation. She has prepared and handled case summary reports, medical, tax, Social Security, and Workers’ Compensation records in Minnesota and North Dakota asbestos litigation. She has managed all aspects of trial preparation for major trials in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Missouri, West Virginia, and Kansas.

Lynnae has created and maintained large and sophisticated databases, covering thousands of cases. She is proficient in multiple database formats.

She is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA). Lynnae received her paralegal certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute, her B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and her A.A. from St. Cloud State University.
